About me

Hi, I’m Violeta — a psychologist, professional dancer, and certified yoga teacher trained in India.

My journey weaves together body, mind, and soul. After years of dancing professionally, I deepened my path through psychology and then yoga, seeking tools to help others reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. I trained and taught yoga in India, where I’ve spent much of my time immersed in both personal practice and guiding students from around the world.

I’ve also conducted research on the impact of yoga on stress levels, particularly in emotionally distressed individuals during online crisis interventions. This experience has strengthened my belief in yoga as a powerful tool for healing—not only physically, but emotionally and mentally.

Today, I’m expanding my practice and sharing yoga in other parts of the world, including Portugal, Panama, and online, offering classes in both English and Spanish.

My approach blends movement, mindfulness, and psychology to create a space that is safe, grounding, and full of compassion.
